To open an account please provide required documents by e-mail
Trade references (including address, phone number, and account number)
Sales permit number requirded to open up account
Bank reference (including name, address, phone number, and account number)
COD shipment is available
Minimum order for Net 30 account is $200.00 or a $7.50 service charge will apply
Credit card minimum $200.00
Past due invoices are subject to a 1.5% per month late charge
We must adhere to unit packs and minimums as listed
Freight prepaid and added to invoice
No returns without prior approval
Custom imprint items are non-returnable
We guarantee our merchandise and carefully check each order to insure orders leave us in good condition
Claims for breakage, damage, or shortages must be reported to us and the delivering carrier with five (5) days
- Keep the original carton(s) with label attached, damaged items and all packing material for inspection
