Return policy

Purchases may be returned within 14 days of the date you received the articles. The articles have to be unused, undamaged and in original packaging (in original condition) for complete refund. If you want your money back we will issue a full refund for the price you paid. The money will be deposited into your bank account after we have received the returned articles. Return the articles together with a copy of your invoice and your banking information. State the cause of the return on the invoice. Please send the articles as regularly postal package /envelope - do not send cash on delivery.

Damaged

In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or faulty, please advise us by email at sales@brainogami.com stating the invoice number and reason for claim. We will then advise you how to return the damaged goods to us. Please then return the product to us intact, together with the invoice and upon our inspection, you will be refunded the cost of the product.

Change of Mind Return 

 We understand that whilst it is easy and economical to shop online, it is not always possible to assess it fully without touching and viewing it three dimensionally. As we are committed to customer satisfaction, we are enabling you to shop with confidence with our 7 days money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your product you may return it to us, unopened and intact. Please email us at  sales@brainogami.com advising of the reason for the return, quoting the invoice number and advising us of the date and method of return. You are responsible for any costs incurred in returning the product such as postage. We will refunded the cost of the product upon its return.

Return Authorization

If you would like to return an item, please call toll free 800-948-0900 for a Return Authorization Number (RA number).  This number must be written on the outside of each box being returned along with our address.  Items returned without an RA number will be refused.  We accept only unused/unassembled items in resellable condition.  Return freight is the customer's responsibility unless an item was sent to you in error.  Sorry no returns will be accepted after 90 days.  Please send returns to: Brainogami 2609 Sahalee Dr. E Sammamish, WA 98074
